Who we are

HomeAI (“HomeAI”, “we”) provides property valuations produced from photos and local market data. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email address, encrypted password), the property information and photos you submit for an estimate, and basic technical data such as your language and device type.

How we use it

To produce your estimate and report, to run your account, to secure the service and, with your consent, to send you product news. We never sell your data.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to analyse the property you submitted. You can delete an estimate, and its photos, from your account at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Write to hello@thehomeai.app and we will answer within one month.
