The service

HomeAI produces an indicative estimate of a property’s value from the photos and information you provide, combined with local market data.

Not a certified appraisal

An estimate is a statistical opinion. It is not a regulated valuation, a notarial appraisal or financial advice, and must not be the sole basis for a transaction, a loan or a legal proceeding.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you submit.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Individual reports are one-time purchases; subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before tax where applicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HomeAI is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of an estimate.
